Oracle (NSW) is a dynamic building and construction company that commenced operations in 2010 and has grown to become a significant participant in construction and refurbishment. We specialise in building brand new multi-million dollar homes, top end renovations for property owners who want to add real value to their houses, without over-investing, boutique developments, boarding houses and strata remedial works throughout NSW.

New Homes

We offer commitment at all levels of building a project, from preparing for construction to construction management services. For years, we have successfully met our client’s demand for cost effective and responsive services.

We work closely with consultants, architects, designers and of course clients to understand and deliver the task at hand.

Our management team coordinates with traffic consultants, local council authorities, Sydney Water, AusGrid, gantry hire and so on to ensure the project is managed as it should from the outset.

Developments

Our team of project managers, construction managers, onsite foremen, leading hand, traffic control personnel, HR staff will administer and implement all statutory/local government requirements to ensure compliance prior to the commencement of any size development, whether it's eight residential units, twelve townhouses or a forty room boarding house we have the expertise and knowledge to see these projects through.
